Prior to joining the WBDC in 2013, Lisa worked alongside Clark University faculty members researching the development of Worcester’s Biotech Cluster. The goal was to identify critical success factors and recommend strategies to create other technology clusters and promote innovation. While at Clark, Lisa coordinated sustainability consulting projects for clients such as Unum. Deliverables included an Employee Education plan as part of the LEED certification process.
Lisa has collaborated with various clients including higher education institutions, local governments and businesses. Ms. Drexhage has demonstrated her ability to manage these projects effectively and her familiarity with fundraising and economic development initiatives makes her a valuable addition to the WBDC.
Lisa received her BA from Connecticut College in New London, CT, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts.
